Eastwood homes wanted a refresh of the look and feel for their current marketing channels: email, flyers and social media. Templates were developed taking their current branding and elevated to a more modern and consistent design. This evolved into more unique layouts for special events and campaigns. Primarily through email, these templates were made to showcase featured homes and communities, inventory, and events that target homebuyers, homeowners, and realtors alike.
